Develops product definitions (Program Of Requirements) and Business Cases for new product concepts
Develops a marketing strategy for the productrange he is responsible for.
You are highly involved with the transfer of R&D results/innovations to market introduction and product definition
Define marketing strategy and define necessary actions for (new) products, e.g.:
Internal organization, process definitions, process optimization
Distribution strategy and logistic aspects
Indentify potential (strategic) partners for direct and indirect distribution of the Scheuten´ Products
Target customer requirements
Make competitor analyses
Stimulate the fit/attractiveness for Scheuten´ products in specifications and conditions of tenders
The product manager reports to the Market & Business Development Manager (Sascha Gajewski).
Your profile | Product Manager
You offer a University degree or similar working level and a proven track record in product management or related position. Typically, you have an engineering degree and did additional commercial courses, or you have a proven commercial experience build up in former jobs.
You have worked preferably in the solar (production) sector, other relevant industries include: industrial, electro technical, construction and construction-supply.
Demonstrated experience in developing and documenting regional strategy/plans in alignment with target market prioritized needs, and the global strategy/plans.
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills including group presentations
Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to effectively manage multiple projects
Demonstrated ability to define and manage a business case and/or plan
You have a good working knowledge of the English language, Dutch, German and/or Spanish is preferable and you show readiness to travel.
