What are you going to do?
As a Senior Consultant or Manager, your daily tasks will include:
- Managing complex analytical projects and solving problems with high accuracy and organizational skills
- Working effectively with diverse teams and leading them to find the best solutions, encouraging organizations to take action
- Actively engaging with clients to ensure that your project team understands their needs and delivers on time, meeting quality standards and client expectations
- Contributing to business development and project delivery
- Communicating complex ideas and structuring presentations in a way that maximizes their impact on clients
- Being a role model by coaching and supporting the growth of junior team members
What do you offer?
We are looking for experienced consultants to strengthen the new local team in the Netherlands:
- You are passionate about the energy transition or transactions in energy markets
- You hold an MSc in a quantitative field, such as Engineering or Economics, though candidates from diverse backgrounds are welcome
- You have at least 4-5 years of work experience, preferably in energy consulting, transaction advisory, or the industry
- You possess an analytical mindset and the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively
- You have excellent communication skills and enjoy explaining new and complex ideas to various audiences in both Dutch and English
- You are used to working in a commercial environment with budgets and deadlines and have a business-oriented mindset
- You enjoy teamwork and collaboration across projects, offices, and internationally. If you are empathetic and work well with others, you will fit in well
